Please note that orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available working day. You will receive an update once your order has been handed over to our delivery partners.

The estimated delivery time varies based on your specific location within India and the efficiency of the courier service. While most orders are delivered within 5–7 business days after dispatch, these timelines are estimates provided by our partners and are not strictly guaranteed.

Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase. We may offer complimentary shipping on orders exceeding a specific value, as indicated on our website.

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or if items are missing, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery. We will require clear photographs of the packaging and the damaged product to assist you with a resolution.

10. International Shipping

Currently, Wickoura exclusively ships to addresses within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time, though we hope to expand our reach to global customers in the future.
